Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the identity verification process described in Section 3. Withdrawals from active bonus balances that have not yet met the relevant wagering requirement are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.
In the event that 799pk reasonably suspects a withdrawal request is linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms, 799pk reserves the right to suspend processing of that withdrawal pending investigation. 799pk will notify you if this occurs and will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as reasonably possible.
VIP members from Silver tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Standard withdrawal processing timelines apply to Bronze-tier and untiered accounts.

All bets placed on the 799pk platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Sports betting markets operate under the rules described in the sportsbook section. Live Casino games operate under the rules displayed within each game interface. Slot games operate under the rules provided by the game studio.
Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified except where a specific market type (such as a cash-out eligible sports bet) explicitly permits early settlement. Errors in bet placement made by the player do not entitle the player to cancellation.
In the event of a technical error during a game – including but not limited to a disconnection during a live casino round – 799pk will aim to restore the session to its state immediately before the error occurred.
